I culled this information for my own edification with no intention of sharing it, so I did not always save the sources. However, attribution is made whenever possible.
Though their ultimate aims are radically different, the forces that seek to radically transform Western Civilization into their own visions of Utopia have in common their hatred of it. These are the forces of Socialism and Islam. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, thus, as counter-intuitive as it might seem, the two have become fast friends in their common cause of dismantling our social fabric and laws to suit their own purposes. Using similar methods, disaffected minority groups, and women, the two forces are working—oftentimes in tandem—towards change that will prove disastrous and tragic if they are ultimately successful.

ROOTS OF THE AMERICAN CULTURE AND COMMUNITY IN DISARRAY
Political leaders, religious leaders, conservatives, families (especially fathers), judges, and interested lawyers, along with the vast majority of Americans who believe in ideals of family and country must understand that open WAR HAS BEEN DECLARED ON THEM AND THIS COUNTRY. And it’s coming from many of the institutions that our taxes are funding and supporting! In terms of financial and human costs this war on America has been the most destructive war in America’s history.
When Nikita Khrushchev banged his shoe on the table and declared, ‘We shall destroy you from within’ during the infamous "Kitchen Debate" - he knew what he was talking about.
[Comparing the culture of the 50’s to that of 1998] violent criminal offenses have exploded upward by 700%. Premarital sex among 18 year olds has jumped from 30% of the population to 70%. Tax rates for a family of four have skyrocketed 500%, consuming a fourth of their income. Divorce rates have quadrupled. Illegitimate births among black Americans has soared - from approximately 23% to more than 68%. Illegitimacy itself has jumped from a nationwide total of 5% to nearly 30% nationwide - a rise of 600%. Cases of sexually transmitted diseases have risen 150%. Teen age pregnancies are up by several thousand percent and teen suicides have risen by 200%. Between 1950 and 1979 - serious crime committed by children under 15 has risen by 11,000%...
Most Americans would agree that our society has changed for the worst over the last 30 years.” [i]
While there has been progress in moving people off of the welfare rolls and into work, welfare still exists and many commentators note it exists to promote the breakdown of the family. A myriad of today’s social ills can be traced to the breakdown of the family and the undermining of marriage. Along with this testimony, I have written legal briefs for the Federal District Court on the unconstitutionality of Ohio’s custody laws, a legal brief opposing psychology in the courtroom, and am developing an extensive historical review of the rise of our current “family” law system. During several years of research, a disturbing common thread continues to appear, tracing it back to its origins, it led to one Antonio Gramsci.
THE PERSONAL IS THE POLITICAL
In 1926, an Italian communist named Antonio Gramsci ended up in Mussolini’s prison after a return from Russia. While there, he wrote his “prison notebooks” and they laid out a plan for destroying Western faith and culture. His plans included ways to undermine and discourage Westerners through the intentional collapse of the existing social structure from within.
Gramsci advocated not only Marxist class warfare, which was economically focused, but also social and cultural warfare at the same time. His theories and the “slow march through the culture” (or institutions) which he envisioned to destroy the West are enshrined in current American social policy. His theories surrounding “hegemony” and a “counter-hegemony” were designed to destroy Western social structure and overthrow the “West” from within.
Hegemony, as defined by Gramsci is that widely accepted system of values, morals, ethics, and social structure which holds a society together and creates a cohesive people. Western social structures holding society together (i.e. “the hegemony”) include: authority, morality, sexual restraint, monogamous marriage, personal responsibility, patriotism, national unity, community, tradition, heredity, education, conservatism, language, Christianity, law, and truth. His theory called for media and communications to slowly co-opt the people with the “counter-hegemony” propaganda message.
"... Hegemony operates culturally and ideologically through the institutions of civil society which characterizes mature liberal-democratic, capitalist societies. These institutions include education, the family, the church, the mass media, popular culture, etc." [ii]
Through a systematic attack of these institutions he termed the “slow march through the culture,” Gramsci theorized that once these institutions were sufficiently damaged the people would insist on an end to the madness allowing totalitarian control of the Western world. A similar form of these theories was tried before America by the National Socialists (Nazis) headed by Hitler.
Many of the Gramscian Marxist Communist ideals have been implemented in government, education, and law. In practice, women have become the vehicle deceived and used in this quest to tear down and destroy Western culture. This has been done by enlisting their help in ripping apart marriage and the traditional family.
Since economic Marxism was a failure, Gramsci reasoned that the only way to topple… Western institutions was by, what he called, a “long march through the culture.” He repackaged Marxism in terms of a… “cultural war”…
“Gramsci hated marriage and the family, the very founding blocks of a civilized society. To him, marriage was a plot, a conspiracy... to perpetuate an evil system that oppressed women and children. It was a dangerous institution, characterized by violence and exploitation, the forerunner of fascism and tyranny. Patriarchy served as the main target of the cultural Marxists. They strove to feminize the family with legions of single and homosexual mothers and ‘fathers’ who would serve to weaken the structure of civilized society.”
… [A]nother cultural Marxist (George Lukacs) brought the Gramscian strategy to the schools… As deputy commissioner in Hungary… his first task was to put radical sex education in the schools… it was the best way to destroy traditional sexual morality, and weaken the family. Hungarian children learned… free love, sexual intercourse, and the archaic nature of middle-class family codes, the obsolete nature of monogamy, and the irrelevance of organized religion which deprived man of pleasure. Children were urged to deride and ignore… parental authority, and precepts of traditional morality. If this sounds familiar, it is because this is what is happening in our public… schools.
…Under the rubric of ‘diversity,’ its hidden goal is to impose a uniformity of thought and behavior on all Americans. The cultural Marxists, often teachers, university professors and administrators, TV producers, newspaper editor and the like, serve as gatekeepers by keeping all traditional and positive ideas, especially religious ideas, out of the public marketplace.
Herbert Marcuse was largely responsible for bringing cultural Marxism to the United States… He believed that all taboos, especially sexual ones, should be relaxed. “Make love, not war!” was his battle cry that echoed through ivy-covered college campuses all over America. His methodology for rebellion included the deconstruction of the language, the infamous “what does ‘is’ mean?” which fostered the destruction of the culture. By confusing and obliterating word meanings, he helped cause a breakdown in the social conformity of the nation, especially among the… young of America...
Marcuse said that women should be the cultural proletariat who transformed Western society. They would serve as the catalyst for the new Marxist Revolution. If women could be persuaded to leave their traditional roles as the transmitters of culture, then the traditional culture could not be transmitted to the next generation.
What better way to influence the generations than by subverting the traditional roles of women? The Marxists rightfully reasoned that the undermining of women could deal a deadly blow to the culture.
If women were the target, then the Cultural Marxists scored a bullseye… Women have traded the domestic tranquility of family and the home for the power surge of the boardroom and the sweaty release of casual sex. Divorce court statistics, wife and child abandonment, abortion and even spousal murder can be laid at [the feminists] doorstep to a large degree. [iii]
Careful study and review shows that Gramscian Marxist Communism encompasses today’s “feminist” movement. [iv] Feminism’s goals are to use women to undermine and destroy the culture by abandoning marriage and by not carrying on the critical task of “transmitting the culture” to the next generation. Today’s feminists use women to advance the destruction of women, children, and families while convincing them they are somehow a “victim” of the patriarchal structure. And the patriarchal structure is nothing but Orwellian NewSpeak for the social structures and institutions that have kept Western civilization together long before the social decay we see today.
America’s socialists and communists make no pretenses about their goals to promote the destruction of a cohesive society by advancing a welfare state and the complete breakdown of the family. Socialists have openly adopted the “counter hegemony” taught by Gramsci which is designed to destroy Western culture. “[T]he stronger the ‘counter-hegemonic’ strength of unions and left parties, the stronger the welfare state… When we argue for ‘decommodifying’ (i.e., taking out of private market provision) such basic human needs as healthcare, childcare, education, and housing, we have in mind a decentralized and more fully accountable welfare state then [sic] exists in Western democracies.” [v] This statement comes from one of the MANY American college professors indoctrinating students today. As noted by William Gregg in the New American:
Writing in the Winter 1996 issue of the Marxist journal Dissent, Michael Walzer enumerated some of the cultural victories won by the left since the 1960s:
• "The visible impact of feminism."
• "The effects of affirmative action."
• "The emergence of gay rights politics, and … the attention paid to it in the media."
• "The acceptance of cultural pluralism."
• "The transformation of family life," including "rising divorce rates, changing sexual mores, new household arrangements — and, again, the portrayal of all this in the media."
• "The progress of secularization; the fading of religion in general and Christianity in particular from the public sphere — classrooms, textbooks, legal codes, holidays, and so on."
• "The virtual abolition of capital punishment."
• "The legalization of abortion."
• "The first successes in the effort to regulate and limit the private ownership of guns."
Significantly, Walzer admitted… these victories were imposed upon our society by "liberal elites," rather than… "by the pressure of a mass movement or a majoritarian party." These changes "reflect the leftism or liberalism of lawyers, judges, federal bureaucrats, professors, school teachers, social workers, journalists, television and screen writers — not the population at large," noted Walzer… [T]he left focused on "winning the Gramscian war of position."
Cultural commentator Richard Grenier [notes Gramsci formulated] “the doctrine that those who want to change society must change man’s consciousness, and that in order to accomplish this they must first control the institutions by which that consciousness is formed: schools, universities, churches, and, perhaps above all, art and the communications industry. It is these institutions that shape and articulate ‘public opinion,’ the limits of which few politicians can violate with impunity. Culture, Gramsci felt, is not simply the superstructure of an economic base — the role assigned to it in orthodox Marxism — but is central to a society. His famous battle cry is: capture the culture."
Gramsci recognized that the chief [obstacles] impeding… the triumph of Marxism were… those institutions, customs, and habits identified by Washington and the other Founding Fathers as indispensable to ordered liberty — such as the family, private initiative, self-restraint, and principled individualism. But Gramsci focused particularly on what Washington described as the "indispensable supports" of free society — religion and morality. In order to bring about a revolution, Gramsci wrote, "The conception of law will have to be freed from every remnant of transcendence and absoluteness, practically from all moralist fanaticism." [vi]
Gramsci’s Marxist communist philosophy, with its goal and aim to completely destroy “Western” civilization is best summed up in the feminist phrase “THE PERSONAL IS THE POLITICAL!”
FAMILY LAW, CHILD SUPPORT, AND WELFARE FROM MARXISM?
Many people would be shocked to learn that much of the current “family law” system we have today, which is at the heart of so much of our modern social upheaval and America’s “welfare state,” was born in the Soviet Union. Still more shocking would be the revelation that when the Soviet Union discovered its system was a disastrous failure, it instituted serious reforms in the early 1940’s to try to restore the family and the country. The Soviets made these changes when fatherlessness (which included children from divorced fathers) reached around 7 million children and their social welfare structure (day cares, kindergartens, state children’s facilities, etc.) was overburdened. Yet in America, some studies suggest that we are approaching 11 or 12 million such children. All the while, the social and financial costs of welfare and fatherlessness are just now gaining more widespread attention. America’s fatherlessness crisis is primarily by judicial making with the cooperation of the legions of lawyers and bureaucrats who profit from family destruction which rips America apart.
Unfortunately, the Soviet reforms came too late and never brought about the extent of social reconstruction that would have allowed recovery from its self-inflicted social destruction. It was unable to stave off its widely celebrated collapse when the Berlin wall came down. Even though the Soviets tried in vain to restore the social values they had worked so hard to eradicate, America only pays “lip service” to much-needed massive social reform. Serious social reform has been largely absent from political debate. On the other hand, the systematic deconstruction of all of the social values that had made our nation great is being pursued passionately as one of our nation's primary socio-political goals.
“Family law” is one of the key tools of the “counter-hegemony” which is used to advance the social welfare state through the promotion of the social structural collapse of America. The early Soviet system focused on personal happiness and self-centered fulfillment with its roots in class warfare. When it was determined that this type of class warfare directed at the family was a complete failure, the Soviets worked quickly to restore the traditional nuclear family in the 1940’s. Shortly after this, the NAWL (National Association of Women Lawyers) began their push for adopting these failed Soviet policies in America.[vii] America’s version of “family law” has adopted much of the early Soviet failed version of class warfare, while adopting new and more insidious Gramscian versions with gender, cultural and social warfare components.
When the Bolsheviki came into power in 1917 they regarded the family… with fierce hatred, and set out… to destroy it… [O]ne of the first decrees of the Soviet Government abolished the term 'illegitimate children... by equalizing the legal status of all children, whether born in wedlock or out of it… The father of a child is forced to contribute to its support, usually paying the mother a third of his salary in the event of a separation… At the same time a law was passed which made divorce [very quick]… at the request of either partner in a marriage…
[Marriage became a game where it] was not… unusual… for a boy of twenty to have had three or four wives, or for a girl of the same age to have had three or four abortions. [T]he peasants… bitterly complained: 'Abortions cover our villages with shame. Formerly we did not even hear of them.'
Many women… found marriage and childbearing a profitable occupation. They formed connections with the sons of well-to-do peasants and then blackmailed the father for the support of the children... The law has created still more confusion because… women can claim support for children born many years ago.
…Both in the villages and in the cities the problem of the unmarried mother has become very acute and provides a severe and annoying test of Communist theories.
…Another new point was that wife and husband would have an equal right to claim support from the other… The woman would have the right to demand support for her child even if she lived with several men during the period of conception; but, in contrast to previous practice, she or the court would choose one man who would be held responsible for the support. Commissar Kursky seemed especially proud of this point because it differed so much from the 'bourgeois customs' of Europe and America.
Another speaker objected to the proposed law on the ground that some women would take advantage of its liberal provisions to form connections with wealthy men and then blackmail them for alimony. [viii]
The Federal Government continues to participate by paying the states incentives encouraging them to practice these draconian Soviet style, anti-family, child destroying policies. What a frightening use of our “tax dollars at work” to undermine and destroy the social order of America. Even going so far as to pay incentives on a slightly reformed version of Article 81 of The Russian Family Code. This was promoted in the United States by Irwin Garfinkel as “The Wisconsin Model” for child support and welfare reform. “The Wisconsin Model then became a center-piece for the national child support and welfare reform movement.” [ix]
ADOPTING THE FAILED SOVIET ATTEMPT TO DESTROY THE FAMILY
Instead of our constitutionally guaranteed “Republican form of government,” we now have a thoroughly entrenched Marxist Communist judiciary in the civil court system masquerading as “family law.” America’s family law courts are no longer about the law, they represent complete perversions of numerous legal maxims and common law traditions that American law was founded upon. [x] These abandoned maxims represent the “hegemony” of American culture and historical tradition in civil family matters. The reprehensible evil of being rewarded for one’s wrongs, and of punishing the innocent have been firmly entrenched in the state’s family courts.
No-fault divorce, “the child’s best interests,” and other components of family law in America were imported from the worst of the Soviet family law system. For example from a 1975 Louisville Law School review:
“Few members of the American legal community are aware of the fact that the Soviet Union has had, for some period of time, what can be described as a no-fault divorce legal system… [A]t a meeting with a group of Soviet lawyers in 1972, one of them asked, “Is it for a long time that you (California) have that system?” When informed of the January 1, 1970 effective date of the California law she remarked, “I think it is the influence of our law… [T]here are a number of similarities between Soviet and California divorce laws that suggest a “borrowing” or a remarkable coincidence.” (pg 32)
“For the Bolsheviks, with their Marxist disdain for religion, the influence of the ecclesiastical authorities over the family was an outrage. Since the family represented the major institution through which the traditions of the past were transmitted from generation to generation, the new regime had to destroy the old bourgeois notions of the family and the home. There was also a very urgent practical reason for disassociating family relations from the influence of the religious authorities… [T]he first task of the new regime in relation to the family was to break the power of the church and the husband.” (pg 33)
“Birth alone was declared the basis of family ties, and all legal discrimination against illegitimate children was abolished... Early Soviet policy was intended to attack these evils [of “patriarchy”] and to transfer the care, education and maintenance of children from home to society. This would mean the end of the family’s socialization functions, and would remove the child from the conservative atmosphere of the patriarchal family to a setting that could be entirely controlled by the regime.” (pg 34)
The Soviet press reported in the mid-thirties that promiscuity flourished... juvenile delinquency mounted, and statistical studies showed that the major source of delinquents was the broken or inattentive home… Additional public homes for children were established, and propaganda campaigns sought to persuade the public that a strong family was the most communistically inspired one. (pg 38, 39)
There was also the matter of seven to nine million fatherless and homeless children, according to Russian estimates of the early twenties. In derogation of Marxist ideology, the state had been unable to assist single mothers, and there existed almost no children’s homes, nurseries or kindergartens. Because of more pressing tasks and limited personnel and material resources the state had not been able to fulfill the conditions Engels had specified for extra-familial facilities. (pg 40)
More seriously, anti-family policies were leading to a situation where many children in the first Soviet urban generation simply lacked the kind of socializing experience to fit them intellectually or emotionally to the new society the regime was attempting to build, with its emphasis upon self-discipline and control, perseverance, steadiness, punctuality and accuracy. While the family influence had been undermined, extra-familial agencies had failed to provide a workable substitute, leaving the child prey to the noxious and deviant influences of “the street.” (pg 41) [xi]
The US Library of Congress Country Studies on Romania also shows direct parallels noting;
“Family law in socialist Romania was modeled after Soviet family legislation… [I]t sought to undermine the influence of religion on family life. [Previously] the church was the center of community life, and marriage, divorce, and recording of births were matters for religious authorities. Under communism these events became affairs of the state, and legislation designed to wipe out the accumulated traditions and ancient codes was enacted. The communist regime required marriage to be legalized in a civil ceremony at the local registry prior to, or preferably instead of, the customary church wedding.
Because of the more liberal procedures, the divorce rate grew dramatically, tripling by 1960, and the number of abortions also increased rapidly. Concern for population reproduction and future labor supplies prompted the state to revise the Romanian Family Code to foster more stable personal relationships and strengthen the family. At the end of 1966, abortion was virtually outlawed, and a new divorce decree made the dissolution of marriage exceedingly difficult.
INDOCTRINATING LAWYERS AND JUDGES TO DESTROY AMERICA
Gramsci wrote, "The conception of law will have to be freed from every remnant of transcendence and absoluteness, practically from all moralist fanaticism.” Law schools across America teach Gramscian “critical theory” as well as other communist ideals. A Westlaw or Lexis search reveals not just dozens, but hundreds and hundreds of legal articles, law reviews, and other materials on feminism, homosexuality, and various forms of Gramscian class “victimology.”
"The revolutionary forces have to take civil society before they take the state, and therefore have to build a coalition of oppositional groups united under a hegemonic banner which usurps the dominant or prevailing hegemony." [xii]
Today’s Gramscian Marxists have numerous “oppositional groups” headed by lawyers and promoted by judges and bureaucrats. [Note: The ACLU is a subversive organization founded by unapologetic Marxists with the stated purpose of transforming America into a Marxist state. Look up their founders and their words. Christopher] They advance such “counter-hegemonic” (culturally corrosive and culturally destructive) positions as homosexuality, abortion, the complete FRAUD of the non-existent “separation of church and state,” the (it only applies to destroying marriage and relationships) Violence Against Women Act, “outcome based education,” and the fictitious “global warming.” They passionately HATE the initiatives that undermine their attempts to destroy America such as Title IX reform, Faith based initiatives, the 300 million for marriage, vouchers and accountability for education reform, and the Ten Commandments along with ANY other reference to a moral Judeo-Christian code, and private property rights.
High profile court rulings openly display this Gramscian Marxist theory in practice: the attack on the pledge of allegiance, the ACLU suing Judge Roy Moore over the Ten Commandments, and the recent Lawrence v. Texas pro-homosexual ruling. At the root of all of these rulings and many others is a violation of the judge’s oath to uphold the constitution. That constitution says that we have a Republican form of government, NOT a socialist or communist form.
CONCLUSION
Today’s Marxist Communists operate in law, government, religion, media, entertainment and education. They use Orwellian NewSpeak with words such as “tolerance” which actually means intolerance of things that prevent the destruction of all social structures and societal “norms”. Gramscians preach the religion of division, class warfare and social warfare while spouting their hatred of anything traditional, conservative, moral, or values centered – their battle cry is “the personal is the political.” They want all of Western culture completely destroyed and centralized government control erected in the place of the structure they seek to tear apart and discard. The fruits of the culture war they have engaged on America can be seen in the corrosive remnants of broken families, broken children, filled prisons, and a host of other ills underwritten by America’s taxpayers.
Those who deeply care about this country and our constitution must fearlessly engage in this culture war--; the war for America’s heart and soul. It’s not too late yet. There is still a critical mass and majority of Americans who are not ready for the horrors of the type of communism or national socialism that Gramscians promote. No form of Marxism or communism (even its most radical form of National Socialism) has ever survived without totalitarian control. If the support were there for these Marxist Communists and National Socialists, history has shown that they would not hesitate to attempt a forceful or violent overthrow of American government.
"If the family trends of recent decades are extended into the future, the result will be not only growing uncertainty within marriage, but the gradual elimination of marriage in favor of casual liaisons oriented to adult selfishness. The problem… is that children will be harmed, adults will probably be no happier, and the social order could collapse." [xiii] “In his book, The American Sex Revolution, Harvard sociologist Pitirim Sorokin reviewed the history of societies through the ages, and found that none survived after they ceased honoring and upholding the institution of marriage between a man and a woman.” [xiv] Marcus Tullius Cicero, in a speech in the Roman senate recorded by Sallust said;
"A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victim, and he wears their face and their garments and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared. The traitor is the plague."
POLICY IMPLICATIONS
Gramsci’s “march through the culture” can be turned back once the roots and methods are known. Recognizing the foundations of the current class and culture warfare, promoted in many levels of government, law, religion, media, and education provides relatively easy answers to solve these problems and to turn back the tide of their corruption and destruction.
• Institute non-coercive national unity and patriotism in public policy. The national unity issue destroys the divisive class warfare while reviving patriotism helps to restore some of the “hegemony” the Marxists so passionately hate.
• Mandate abstinence training in schools for states to receive health funds. Stop allowing the natural inhibitions of children to sexual advances to be torn down by the current trend of pro-sexual education brought to them by their teachers who are also authority figures.
• Conservative politicians should take some of their campaign time and effort to tap into and lobby for more than just money. Conservatives must lobby large businesses to partner with inner city churches and schools to create programs of opportunity in disadvantaged areas. This takes the race baiting and class warfare issue away from the left, and gets socialist government programs out of the involvement in people’s lives. [xv]
• Tie clear mission statements to EVERY government program and agency which include: promoting traditional marriage and family, restoring national pride, reducing divorce, reducing illegitimacy, promoting abstinence, and encouraging strong morals and values. Force a public debate on these issues and it will destroy the liberal Marxist establishment. Ever since welfare reform the liberal establishment has been slowly crumbling. Press the issues and accelerate their demise.
• CAREFULLY identify several congressional staff members who have a proven track record of being pro-family, with proven integrity, and have shown a level of frustration over today’s social problems. Assign them to a special research project to study Gramsci’s version of Marxist communism and how it has been implemented in America. Publish their reports and develop strategies based on those reports. (And if the lefties cry “McCarthy,” let the public debates begin! An honest reading of McCarthy’s record completely vindicates him and exposes them!)
• Press the Judiciary committee to amend Title 18 of the US Code to create provisions stating that no state or federal judge shall have any form of immunity whatsoever for engaging in actions which produce or promote taxpayer fraud. For any such act or acts, they shall be subject to both criminal prosecution and they shall be subject to suit in their personal capacity. Let the judges and lawyers scream about “independence” and then insist that they must interpret “independence” to mean that they should be free to break the law and commit fraud against the taxpayers of the United States.
• If Title 18 cannot be amended, then insert the provisions under Title 42 related to the Public Health and Welfare.
• End taxpayer funding of PBS. Expand libel and slander laws to include distortions, manipulations, or unbalanced reporting in television and cable news programs. Let the trial lawyers have a field day with the liberal media.
• Codify in the USC the mission of senior level bureaucrats and their guiding principles with explicit provisions noting personal liability for not adhering to these provisions. Codify the requirement for annual reports by heads of agencies demonstrating how they have complied with these requirements. For example:
o Make the HHS Director’s mission something like “to work to restore traditional marriage and family while reducing the number of single-parent and broken families who need to collect welfare or child support.” Make it a mandatory reporting requirement on how this mission is being fulfilled.

While I would agree this is often the motivation, I disagree that this is the purpose.
If birth control were as effective at controlling this biological and natural function of coitus, then why are we still heatedly arguing over abortion? How many of us have friends (or ourselves) with an “oops” child? Birth control is a wonderful thing, but it is not infallible.
Likewise, IVF and other ART (Assistive Reproductive Technologies) are wonderful, but we don’t live in that Brave New World, yet. In 2009 the CDC reported 4,131,019 live births, including 45,870 successful ART uses. In my cursory investigation I couldn’t find any numbers on who the recipients of the ART were, but I would wager a pay check the majority were traditionally married couples experiencing fertility problems.
In any event, at least 99% of children result from a heterosexual coupling. While I certainly don’t discount that small minority of children brought into same-sex households, logic seems to indicate that it is in the greater interest of society to strengthen the institution that can support the 99% rather than to continue to discount the role of heterosexual sex in procreation, such as many legal and societal changes in marriage have already done.

You are roughly paraphrasing Matthew 7:1 but you are distorting the meaning of that verse by removing it from the context of Matthew 7:1-5. In the entire passage, which you do not quote or reference, Jesus does not prohibit believers from judging others. He tells them to not judge others hypocritically. Notice how Jesus brings the passage to a close in v. 5: “You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
In Matthew 16:19 and 18:15-18, Jesus instructs believers on how to judge sin properly. Other Scriptural passages about judging sin include Galatians 6, Ephesians 5, 1 Timothy 1, 1 Timothy 5 and Titus 3.

As I said in the previous post, the word usage is most likely a literal Greek translation of the Hebrew injunction in Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, which says “you shall not lie with a man as with a woman, for it is an abomination.” Notice the similarities between “lying with a male” and “lie with a man.”
In first 1 Timothy 10 and 1 Corinthians 6:9, homosexuality is included in a list of sins to be avoided. Romans 1:26-27 goes into more detail and indicates that homosexuality is a sign of societal decline. It reads: “For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.”
Here Paul is clearly addressing consensual homosexual activity since they burned in their lust for one another.
Other passages also condemning homosexuality include: Genesis 19, Leviticus 18:22, Galatians 5:19-21, Ephesians 5:3-5, and Jude 7. The term in Galatians 5:19 is porneia – a broad term including homosexuality and other sexual sins. As to the sharia comment, I will let it pass. I have not advocated the slaughter of gays. I am just pointing out how an apostate church is leading people astray and distorting Scripture. You may consider it arrogance but I consider it par for the course.

We do not need and cannot expect full ‘appreciation’ or ‘understanding’ of homosexuality from the average America. You can forget about trying to persuade the masses that homosexuality is a good thing. But if you can only get them to think that is just another thing, with a shrug of the shoulders, then your battle for legal and social rights is virtually won. And to get to shoulder-shrug state, gays as a class must cease to appear mysterious, alien and contrary.” The article calls for a massive media campaign to change the image of homosexuals, “and any campaign to accomplish this turnaround should accomplish six things.”
Two years later in their book After the Ball, Kirk and Madsen stated clearly their plan for mass propaganda for converting America to promote the homosexual cause. They write, “….by conversion we mean something far more profoundly threatening to the American Way of Life, without which no truly sweeping social change can occur. We mean conversion of the average American’s emotions, mind, and will, through a planned psychological attack, in the form of propaganda fed to the nation via the media.”

In line with Kirk & Pill’s “Overhauling of Straight America”, the process of vilifying those who oppose homosexuality is now spreading with frightful rapidity. The attack from homosexuals is aimed primarily at Christianity.
• On a Lesbian Gay, Bisexual and Transvestite (GLBT) website dedicated to exposing “Hate Crimes”, activists claim that pro-family organizations are engaging in hate speech when they criticize homosexual conduct and this “hate speech” allegedly leads to hate crimes and must be suppressed. This site equates opposition to homosexuality as equal to Hitler’s slaughter of Jews in Europe.
• The same website also blames pro-family groups for the murder of gay college student Matthew Shepard. [6] (Yet Matthew Shepard was killed in a robbery, not because he was homosexual). [7]
• In 2004, a Protestant preacher in Sweden was sentenced to a month in jail for criticizing homosexuality during a sermon he gave in his own church. [8]
• The San Francisco Board of Supervisors passed a resolution blaming religious groups for so-called “hate crimes” such as the murder of Mathew Shepard. In addition, the Board approved a resolution urging the local media not to carry advertisements by pro-family organizations that addressed hope for homosexuals to change.
• In New York, a billboard with a Bible verse on it was taken down under pressure from city officials, who cited it as “hate speech.”
• In Massachusetts in 2005, parent David Parker was arrested for protesting his elementary school child having to listen to pro-LGBT propaganda! He eventually removed his child from the school. He was in court for two years and lost all of his appeals. [9]

There are more points I don’t see being acknowledged which further prove this was TREASON!
(1) While ATF was ORDERING dealers to make these sales over their vociferous objections, they were also colluding with Washington Post and others to publish articles BLAMING THE DEALERS for making the sales — the very same sales they’d been ORDERED to make!
(2) They keep claiming the object was to “take down a cartel” yet:
(a) This was all hidden from the Mex.gov – the only people with the jurisdiction to make such an arrest
(b) This was all hidden from ALL US PERSONNEL on the ground in Mexico as well!

You are exactly right. I have yet to hear any logical explanation for how keeping a list of guns sold illegally in the US with the administration approval would somehow bring down the drug cartels. The fact that they, the ATF put on a dog and pony show for the gullible and naive MSM claiming that 90% of the guns recovered in Mexican drug busts came from the US is laughable. The administration could have saved themselves time and money if they just offered the guns on E bay. This was and is a purposeful plan to enact more gun laws on law abiding US citizens.

One of the most surprising aspects of information I learned, that was very informative however, was the birth and rise of the non-socialist US labor movement. Initially the US labor movement had been hijacked by ivory tower intellectuals, and it was finally won over by hard nosed Americans seeking economic results for their fellow laborers instead of ideological experiments for socialist dabblers of academia.
Reading about the US organized labor involvement in supporting the Polish "Solidarity" movement in helping to plant the seeds of democracy and reform in a communist state was quite a revelation as well. Anyone who thinks that US organized labor is socialist, doesn't know much about socialism.
In short, if you aren't very informed about socialism in general, this book is an excellent read to inform you about the basics and overall history of socialism to date, as well as show how nearly every fascist leader of WWII, started out as a disaffected former socialist/communist.

Veith/Fascism Post Modernism

Veith consistently produces excellent books, essays, and articles but this is near the top of all he's written. In examining the Fascist mind-set, he builds a case that much of modern "liberalism" is actually repackaged Fascism. Doubtless many will be upset or offended by his claims, but they are difficult to refute.
In addition to tracing the history of Fascism and demonstrating many of its excesses, Veith also shows means of combating its intrusion into modern thought and life. In so doing, he also establishes Fascist links to Postmodernism. For those interested in the historical aspects of Fascism, especially the alleged Martin Luther connection to Hitler and Nazi thought, I also recommend Uwe Siemon-Netto's The Fabricated Luther: The Rise and Fall of the Shirer Myth.
This book really helped me understand the essence of fascism from a religious perspective. I think it leaves out a lot of the political dimension, which Jonah Goldberg covers in his book Liberal Fascism, but it complements Goldberg's book too. I did not know the relationship between existentialism and postmodernism, for one thing. They are very similar nature-worshiping, anti-rational philosophies that came out of romanticism. The scary thing is that both provide a good foundation for totalitarianism and have in fact encouraged fascism in history. Paul De Man the postmodernist intellectual was a dedicated fascist, as was Martin Heidegger the existentialist. Veith shows convincingly that the existential/postmodern rejection of transcendence (a belief in a Creator God and/or absolute truth) in effect opens the door to an obsession with power-relationships rather than truth, which no longer exists for them. It was also encouraging to see that the confessing church in Germany was one of the few movements able to resist the Nazis, precisely because they made their stand on absolute truth in the form of traditional doctrinal confessions of faith. They won Albert Einstein's esteem for this. I doubt that the postmodern Emergent Church movement and others like them realize that they may be sowing the seeds of totalitarianism and are certainly robbing the church of her strongest defense against authoritarianism -clear theological truth found in Scripture

Here are some examples of the various reasons that lying was authorised or not by Mohammed and such examples are still used to justify similar cases today:
Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should generally be truthful to each other, unless the purpose of lying is to "smooth over differences."
There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause of Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.
The Qur'an:
Qur'an (16:106) - Establishes that there are circumstances that can "compel" a Muslim to tell a lie.
Qur'an (3:28) - This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to "guard themselves."
Qur'an (9:3) - "...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters..." The dissolution of oaths with the pagans who remained at Mecca following its capture. They did nothing wrong, but were evicted anyway.
Qur'an (40:28) - A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must "hide his faith" among those who are not believers.
Qur'an (2:225) - "Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts"
Qur'an (66:2) - "Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths"
Qur'an (3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers." The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means deceit. If Allah is deceitful toward unbelievers, then there is little basis for denying that Muslims are allowed to do the same. (See also 8:30 and 10:21)
Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be "compelled" to deceive others for a greater purpose.
From the Hadith:
Bukhari (52:269) - "The Prophet said, 'War is deceit.'" The context of this is thought to be the murder of Usayr ibn Zarim and his thirty unarmed men by Muhammad's men after he "guaranteed" them safe passage (see Additional Notes below).
Bukhari (49:857) - "He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things is not a liar." Lying is permitted when the end justifies the means.
Bukhari (84:64-65) - Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permissible in order to deceive an "enemy."
Muslim (32:6303) - "...he did not hear that exemption was granted in anything what the people speak as lie but in three cases: in battle, for bringing reconciliation amongst persons and the narration of the words of the husband to his wife, and the narration of the words of a wife to her husband (in a twisted form in order to bring reconciliation between them)."
Bukhari (50:369) - Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka'b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad's insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka'b's trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.
From Islamic Law:
Reliance of the Traveler (p. 746 - 8.2) - "Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. If a praiseworthy aim is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible (N: i.e. when the purpose of lying is to circumvent someone who is preventing one from doing something permissible), and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory... it is religiously precautionary in all cases to employ words that give a misleading impression...
"One should compare the bad consequences entailed by lying to those entailed by telling the truth, and if the consequences of telling the truth are more damaging, one is entitled to lie.
Additional Notes:
Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them. The two forms are:
Taqiyya - Saying something that isn't true.
Kitman - Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills "it shall be as if he had killed all mankind") while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of "corruption" and "mischief."
Though not called Taqiyya by name, Muhammad clearly used deception when he signed a 10-year treaty with the Meccans that allowed him access to their city while he secretly prepared his own forces for a takeover. The unsuspecting residents were conquered in easy fashion after he broke the treaty two years later, and some of the people in the city who had trusted him at his word were executed.
Another example of lying is when Muhammad used deception to trick his personal enemies into letting down their guard and exposing themselves to slaughter by pretending to seek peace. This happened in the case of Ka'b bin al-Ashraf (as previously noted) and again later against Usayr ibn Zarim, a surviving leader of the Banu Nadir tribe, which had been evicted from their home in Medina by the Muslims.
At the time, Usayr ibn Zarim was attempting to gather an armed force against the Muslims from among a tribe allied with the Quraish (against which Muhammad had already declared war). Muhammad's "emissaries" went to ibn Zarim and persuaded him to leave his safe haven on the pretext of meeting with the prophet of Islam in Medina to discuss peace. Once vulnerable, the leader and his thirty companions were massacred by the Muslims with ease, belying the probability that they were mostly unarmed, having been given a guarantee of safe passage (Ibn Ishaq 981).
Such was the reputation of Muslims for lying and then killing that even those who "accepted Islam" did not feel entirely safe. The fate of the Jadhima is tragic evidence for this. When Muslim "missionaries" approached their tribe one of the members insisted that they would be slaughtered even though they had already "converted" to Islam to avoid just such a demise. However, the others were convinced that they could trust the Muslim leader's promise that they would not be harmed if they simply offered no resistance. (After convincing the skeptic to lay down his arms, the unarmed men of the tribe were quickly tied up and beheaded - Ibn Ishaq 834 & 837).
Today's Muslims often try to justify Muhammad's murder of poets and others who criticized him at Medina by saying that they broke a treaty by their actions. Yet, these same apologists place little value on treaties broken by Muslims. From Muhammad to Saddam Hussein, promises made to non-Muslim are distinctly non-binding in the Muslim mindset.
Leaders in the Arab world routinely say one thing to English-speaking audiences and then something entirely different to their own people in Arabic. Yassir Arafat was famous for telling Western newspapers about his desire for peace with Israel, then turning right around and whipping Palestinians into a hateful and violent frenzy against Jews.
The 9/11 hijackers practiced deception by going into bars and drinking alcohol, thus throwing off potential suspicion that they were fundamentalists plotting jihad. This effort worked so well, in fact, that even weeks after 9/11, John Walsh, the host of a popular American television show, said that their bar trips were evidence of 'hypocrisy.'
The transmission from Flight 93 records the hijackers telling their doomed passengers that there is "a bomb on board" but that everyone will "be safe" as long as "their demands are met." Obviously none of these things were true, but these men, who were so intensely devoted to Islam that they were willing to "slay and be slain for the cause of Allah" (as the Qur'an puts it) saw nothing wrong with employing Taqiyya in order to facilitate their mission of mass murder.
The near absence of Qur'anic verse and reliable Hadith that encourage truthfulness is somewhat surprising, given that many Muslims are convinced that their religion teaches honesty. In fact, it is because of this ingrained belief that many Muslims are quite honest. When lying is addressed in the Qur'an, it is nearly always in reference to the "lies against Allah" - referring to the Jews and Christians who rejected Muhammad's claim to being a prophet.
Finally, the circumstances by which Muhammad allowed a believer to lie are limited to those that either advance the cause of Islam or enable a Muslim to avoid harm to his well-being (and presumably that of other Muslims as well). Although this should be kept very much in mind when dealing with matters of global security, such as Iran's nuclear intentions, it is not grounds for assuming that the Muslim one might personally encounter on the street or in the workplace is any less honest than anyone else.

Islamists Target Christians 'Wherever They Can Reach Them'

In 2006, when Pope Benedict quoted history deemed unflattering to Islam, Christians around the Muslim world paid the price: anti-Christian riots ensued, churches were burned, and a nun was murdered in Somalia. That was then. Days ago, when a Christian in Egypt was accused of dating a Muslim woman, twenty-two Christian homes were set ablaze to cries of "Allah Akbar." Countless other examples of one group of Christians in the Muslim world being "punished" in response to other Christians exist.
In fact, the recent carnage in Baghdad, wherein Islamists stormed a church during mass, killing over fifty Christian worshippers, was a "response" to Egypt's Coptic Christian church, which Islamists accuse of kidnapping and torturing Muslim women to convert to Christianity (even if the well documented reality in Egypt is that Muslims regularly kidnap and force Christian women to convert to Islam). More so, the al-Qaeda affiliated Islamists who perpetrated the Baghdad church massacre have further threatened Christians around the world:
All Christian centres, organisations and institutions, leaders and followers, are legitimate targets for the mujahedeen (holy warriors) wherever they can reach them… Let these idolaters [Christians of the world], and at their forefront, the hallucinating tyrant of the Vatican [Pope Benedict], know that the killing sword will not be lifted from the necks of their followers until they declare their innocence from what the dog of the Egyptian Church is doing.
Of course, the clause "wherever they can reach them" is an indicator that it is the Islamic world's Christians who will especially be targeted — since they are most easily reached.
This phenomenon — attacking one set of Christians, or non-Muslims in general, in response to another — has roots in Islamic law. The Pact of Omar, a foundational text for Islam's treatment of dhimmis (i.e., non-Muslims who refused to convert after their lands were seized by Islam) makes this clear. The consequences of breaking any of the debilitating and humiliating conditions Christians were made to accept in order to be granted a degree of surety by the Muslim state — including things like giving up their seats to Muslims, as a show of "respect" — were clear: "If we in any way violate these undertakings for which we ourselves stand surety, we forfeit our covenant [dhimma], and we become liable to the penalties for contumacy and sedition [that is, they become viewed as "unprotected" infidels, and thus exposed to the same treatment, including slavery, rapine, and death.]."
Moreover, the actions of the individual affect the entire group — hence the "hostage" aspect (everyone is under threat to ensure that everyone behaves). As Mark Durie points out, "Even a breach by a single individual dhimmi could result in jihad being enacted against the whole community. Muslim jurists have made this principle explicit, for example, the Yemeni jurist al-Murtada wrote that 'The agreement will be canceled if all or some of them break it…' and the Moroccan al-Maghili taught 'The fact that one individual (or one group) among them has broken the statute is enough to invalidate it for all of them'" (The Third Choice, p.160).
This notion, that the actions of one affect all, plays out regularly in Egypt. According to Bishop Kyrillos, "every time there is a rumor of a relationship between a Coptic man and a Muslim girl [which is forbidden under Islamic law], the whole Coptic community has to pay the price: 'It happened in Kom Ahmar (Farshout) where 86 Coptic-owned properties were torched, in Nag Hammadi we were killed and on top of that, they torched 43 homes and shops and now in Al-Nawahed village just because a girl and a boy are walking beside each other in the street, the whole place is destroyed."
Worse, as the world continues to shrink, the Muslim world's indigenous Christians become conflated with their free coreligionists in the West: perceptions of the latter affect the treatment of the former; race or geography is no longer important; shared religion makes them all liable for one another. A dhimmi is a dhimmi is a dhimmi.
For example, aside from the Baghdad church massacre, Iraq's Christians have long been targeted "over their religious ties with the West … Christians specifically were targeted by Church bombings and assassination attempts owing to a perceived association with the aims and intentions of the occupying forces." Little wonder more than half of Iraq's Christian population has emigrated from the country since the U.S. toppled Saddam's regime.
Historical precedents to this phenomenon are aplenty. Whereas the Copts today are cited as the reason behind the massacre of Iraqi Christians, nearly a millennium ago, Copts were massacred when their western coreligionists — the Crusaders — made inroads into Islam's domains. Again, the logic was clear: we will punish these Christians, because we can, in response to those Christians.
It should be noted that this approach applies to all non-Muslim groups — Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. — living amidst Muslim majorities. Yet, because Christians are the most visible infidel minority in the Islamic world, most modern examples relate to them. The Copts are especially targeted because they comprise the largest Christian bloc in the Middle East. (Centuries before the Muslim conquests, Egypt was a bedrock of Christianity, and Alexandria arguably equal to Rome in authority. The result is, after centuries of persecution, there is still a viable Christian presence in Egypt — much to the Islamists' chagrin.)
Treating non-Muslim minorities as hostages can even have international consequences. According to Jewish writer Vera Saeedpour, the Turkish government pressured Israel's policies, including by threatening "the lives and livelihood of the 18,000 Jews" in Turkey:
In the Spring of 1982 when Jews scheduled an International Conference on Genocide in Tel Aviv, they invited Armenians to participate. Ankara protested. The Israeli Government moved swiftly to get organizers to cancel insisting that the conference as planned would threaten "the humanitarian interest of Jews." The New York Times explained what "humanitarian interest" meant. Organizers were told by Israeli officials that Turkey meant to sever diplomatic relations and had threatened "the lives and livelihood of the 18,000 Jews" in the country. (NYT 6.3.82 and 6.4.82) To drive home the message, Ankara even sent a delegation of Jews from Istanbul who warned that they could be in jeopardy if the conference included Armenians. Chairman Elie Wiesel was first quoted as saying, "I will not discriminate against the Armenians, I will not humiliate them." Later, citing threats to the lives of Jews in Turkey, he resigned.
All this is a reminder that yet another aspect of Islamic doctrine and history — to be added to jihad, taqiyya, wala wa bara, etc. — is alive and well in the 21st century. Treating one set of non-Muslims as hostages, to be abused as a form of retaliation to their coreligionists — far or near, singly or collectively — is just another tactic to assume leverage against the infidel.

Most muslims are good people BUT this is because they don't follow islam!
They give a false good image of islam by only following the verses their conscience allow!
So unlike the terrorists, who are exactly following the orders of allah in the koran and the teachings and behavior of "prophet" mohamed, they don't wish to impose the shariah or force allah as the only god.
terrorists are not giving a bad image to islam, they are islam. They didn't hijack a religion of peace, it is the gentle Muslims who have hijacked a religion of death:

Muhammad was not a man of peace, but a man of war. He was a warrior, a raider, a terrorist, a torturer & a serial killer. Muhammad preached his religion in Mekkah for 13 years, when he first burst on the scene and only gained 150 [of the-weakest] followers. However, he became a total success, when he turned to politics, violence and war. In 10 years’ time, he became the first conquering ruler of Arabia, by averaging an event of violence every 7 weeks, for 9 years. During his time, Muhammad instructed his holy warriors to engage in some 84 battles and he was present for 27 of them. He personally fought in nine battles, having a tooth knocked out, in one such battle. He died in 632 AD.
Politics, rather than religion, is the real power of Islam. Muhammad’s success did not come as a religious leader, but as a political leader. Some 70% of the Sira text is devoted to Jihad & instruction in the ways of infiltration. Muhammad established a religious-political kingdom in Medina and declared Jihad (war) against whoever rejected him or his message. He convinced his followers that if they died fighting in Jihad, they would be absolved of any sins & would be immediately admitted into Paradise and experience the wonderful, carnal pleasures of beautiful virgins, young nubile males, great wealth, sumptuous fruit, clear water and wine. In fact, dying in jihad was the only assurance that a Muslim would enter Paradise, and this is counter to a peaceful & spiritual life.
Anyone of leadership or social status, who opposed Muhammad and refused to convert to Islam, was beheaded or murdered in cold blood. This is where the Islamic tradition of anti-intellectual and anti-artist fatwas (death warrants) arose. Muhammad ordered the deaths of all social leaders that opposed Islam. Fatwas calling for the deaths of artists and writers, who criticize Islam, are still occurring today, in this modern age. Suppress & threaten the artists, intellectuals & the general population, through terror & they will submit to Islam out of fear. Americans should never fear Muslims because you are free from Sira Law from birth.
When I contemplate the attributes of a "Prophet", I sure don't envision the kind of man Muhammad was known to be. He was the antithesis of peace & tolerance. Likewise, Islam with its long history of dualistic ethics, dominance, demands for submission, threats, violence, killing, conquering & hypocrisy, fall far short of defining a peaceful & tolerant religion. Because of the Constitution; Sira-Law will never come to be in America, & I will never bow down to Mekkah. America remains preserved by our Laws.

The true Islamic materials are the ones MADE FOR Muslims in Muslim countries e.g. the Quran I was taught is nothing like the Qur’an I see here - because it is sugar quoted. That’s why Muslims will often offer you the English Quran for free but will not even let you touch the original Arabic Quran especially if it’s the official family Quran! The bottom line is there is 1 Quran but it has 2 versions the original and the “conversion version” made just for the future converts! This is the top reason why curious non-Muslim end up converting to Islam. So always say no to the English version (or any non-Arabic Quran) of Quran only trust the Arabic version that’s the True Islam!

Book 38, Number 4348
Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas:
A blind man had a slave-mother who used to abuse the Prophet and disparage him. He forbade her but she did not stop. He rebuked her but she did not give up her habit. One night she began to slander the Prophet and abuse him. So he took a dagger, placed it on her belly, pressed it, and killed her. A child who came between her legs was smeared with the blood that was there. When the morning came, the Prophet was informed about it.
He assembled the people and said: I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right to him that he should stand up. Jumping over the necks of the people and trembling the man stood up.
He sat before the Prophet and said: Apostle of Allah! I am her master; she used to abuse you and disparage you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not abandon her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was my companion. Last night she began to abuse and disparage you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.
Thereupon the Prophet said: Oh be witness, no retaliation is payable for her blood. END OF QUOTE
Are you aghast at the above example of cruelty and insanity of the followers of early Islam? No. not yet. Please read the following narration of how a very old lady was torn into two pieces by tying her two legs to two camels and driving the camels in opposite directions.
This incident involves the actions of Muslims who were sent out by Muhammad on a raid against the Fazara tribe. The Muslims were initially defeated by the Fazara. The wounded Muslim leader swore vengeance. After he recovered he went out and attacked the Fazara again. One very old woman was captured.

"....and Umm Qirfa Fatima was taken prisoner. She was a very old woman, wife of Malik. Her daughter and Abdullah Masada were also taken. Zayd ordered Qays to kill Umm Qirfa and he killed her cruelly (Tabari, by putting a rope to her two legs and to two camels and driving them until they rent her in two.)
The description of the following act of murder by another Islamic Psycho may cause you sleepless nights. Please note that in this murder case the only fault of the victim was that he refused to become a Muslim. "as soon as the badu was asleep and snoring I got up and killed him in a more horrible way than any man has been killed. I put the end of my bow in his sound eye, then I bore down on it until I forced it out at the back of his neck."
Umayya returned and spoke with Muhammad. He relates......."He [Muhammad] asked my news and when I told him what had happened he blessed me".
o If western politicians wants to do something good for their countries then start with getting rid of the racist/infidelophobes i.e. 97% of the main stream Muslims - before they take over these countries! Make some laws like Israel and Muslim countries already have in place! 2. Wage a war of words using black leaders like Louis Farrakhan, Rev. Jesse Jackson and other visible religious personalities who promote Islam as the religion of African-Americans while insisting Christianity is for whites only. What they fail to tell African-Americans is that it was Arab Muslims who captured them and sold them as slaves. In fact, the Arabic word for black and slave is the same, ''Abed.''

•Muslim men must marry American women and Islamize them (10,000 annually). Then divorce them and remarry every five years – since one can't legally marry four at one time. This is a legal solution in America.
•Convert angry, alienated black inmates and turn them into militants (so far 2,000 released inmates have joined al-Qaida worldwide). Only a few ''sleeper cells'' have been captured in Afghanistan and on American soil.
10. Reading, writing, arithmetic and research through the American educational system, mosques and student centers (now 1,500) should be sprinkled with dislike of Jews, evangelical Christians and democracy. There are currently 300 exclusively Muslim schools in the U.S. which teach loyalty to the Quran, not the U.S. Constitution. 11. Provide very sizeable monetary Muslim grants to colleges and universities in America to establish ''Centers for Islamic studies'' with Muslim directors to promote Islam in higher-education institutions.

"Slavery, Terrorism, and Islam" is now in its second edition.
Although written from a Christian Missionary perspective, the text is useful for secular analysts researching a civilizational force on the march.
Unlike the academics who debate whether a clash of civilizations is even in progress, Peter Hammond, writes from the perspective of one decisively engaged in that civilizational fight.
His area of emphasis is Africa, Nigeria and the Sudan. He starts with the strategic perspective (Islam as a doctrine) and drills down to specifics: Islam's hostilities with the non-Islamic world in general and Christianity in particular. He specifically addresses jihad, women's issues, slavery, and the strategies and techniques of modern day Islamic expansion. Significantly, although this text is written from a religious (Christian) perspective, there is abundant material for secular researchers dissecting an aggressive ideology.
Hammond, who is located in Africa, brings a remarkably fresh perspective on the issue of Slavery. At a time when Slavery is assessed as an American birth defect with the finger of political correctness pointing at Washington as a slave owner, Hammond reminds us that Muhammad, the founding father of Islam, was a slave owner, and that under Islamic stewardship, slavery became a highly developed, civilizational-level, industry that, over 14 centuries, drained Africa of an estimated 140 million people. Islam was the procurement and trafficking institution for 15th Century Spain, 16th Century Portugal, 17th Century England, and 18th Century American slavery and was a self-producing consumer of slavery throughout the Islamic world into the 21st century. Hammond reminds us that slavery was formally abolished in Saudi Arabia only in 1962 and yet continues in the 21st century (See "Slave: My True Story", by Mende Nazer describing her 1992 capture and 2002 escape).
Slavery, Terrorism and Islam is a slim volume that is an invaluable desk reference and primer for analysts addressing Islam as an ideological force.

There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.
The Qur'an:
Qur'an (16:106) - Establishes that there are circumstances that can "compel" a Muslim to tell a lie.
Qur'an (3:28) - This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to "guard themselves."
Qur'an (9:3) - "...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters..." The dissolution of oaths with the pagans who remained at Mecca following its capture. They did nothing wrong, but were evicted anyway.
Qur'an (40:28) - A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must "hide his faith" among those who are not believers.
Qur'an (2:225) - "Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts"
Qur'an (66:2) - "Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths"
Qur'an (3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers." The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means deceit. If Allah is deceitful toward unbelievers, then there is little basis for denying that Muslims are allowed to do the same. (See also 8:30 and 10:21)
Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be "compelled" to deceive others for a greater purpose.

There will be a moment, in reading "Because They Hate," when the force of Brigitte Gabriel's theme hits home. Suppose she's right. Suppose that Hezbolla's takeover of Lebanon truly does reflect the Muslim stranglehold foretold in the Qu'ran and the Hadith. Suppose that the hellish violence which the author endured as a young girl in a Christian town in southern Lebanon is what all of us in Western Civilization can expect when Muslims bring their jihad to our doors. After all, they hate us not because they envy our wealth, or because we are intolerant, or because we support Israel, nor for any of the rationalizations you may have heard. They hate us because we are "dhimmis," non-Muslim. Even if you are Muslim, they can hate you if you are not sufficiently devout for them.
Read "Because They Hate," and you will never again accept the moral equivalence argument. You will never again say or even think that Muslim fundamentalism is no worse than Christian fundamentalism, or Jewish orthodoxy. The fact is that they want to kill you and to destroy your democratic institutions. You are a dhimmi and it is their religious obligation to kill you. Every non-Muslim is an insult to Islam and may be killed with impunity; there is no such thing as an innocent Christian or Jew. If you think you know a moderate Muslim, ask him what motivates suicide bombers, the 911 hijackers, or televised beheadings, and that "moderate" will justify every act of violence one way or another. Here's how Gabriel puts "moral equivalence" into perspective. If a Christian preacher were to take out a contract on someone we'd be outraged. Yet Muslim imams commonly issue fatwas requiring the murder of journalists, politicians, and of course even cartoonists, and where's the moral outrage?
Gabriel watched, through the eyes of a teenage girl, the influx of Palestinian refugees, and the escalation of violence against Lebanese Christians as immigration altered he country's demographics. As long as Muslims were a minority, peace was maintained, but when Muslims became a majority, hellfire erupted around her. She watched her beautiful home destroyed, her father's restaurant destroyed, her friends killed, and the landscape bombarded. She watched the Lebanese civil war through the cracks in the bomb shelter which was her home for six years. She dragged her badly wounded mother back into the shelter after a rocket attack, and saved her life by getting her to a hospital in Israel. She watched as Israeli doctors and nurses cared for injured Christians and Muslims, even ahead of wounded Israeli soldiers, solely based on the severity of the patient's injuries.
Gabriel went on to become a war correspondent, then news anchor, in Israel. She married an American and emigrated to America. She doesn't want what happened to her childhood home happen to her new home. You may believe that the likelihood of widespread Muslim violence in America is a distant threat. The argument that the author makes is that the less we take Muslims at their word, the more conciliatory we are, the more tolerant we are, the more likely that day becomes. Actually, let's try a simple test. Ask a few Christian friends the meaning of "first comes Saturday, then comes Sunday." Then ask a few Muslims. Christians get it wrong every time, but Muslims don't; they know. It means that first we'll overthrow Israel and kill all the Jews (whose Sabbath is on Saturday), then we'll overthrow Western Civilization and kill all the Christians (whose Sabbath is Sunday). It is not Brigitte Gabriel who is warning you; it is the enemy itself who is.

Written with great passion and clarity, Because They Hate, is a riveting and serious wake-up call to Americans about the danger we face from radical Islamic terrorists. Gabriel speaks to us as one who has lived under the violence perpetrated by Muslims who took over Lebanon beginning in the mid-seventies. She tells the story of their systematic elimination of the Christians in that country. She tells of living under constant terror after her family's home was bombed, and about their existence in a small bomb shelter for much of the next seven years. Her story provides a warning and a guide as to how American's must protect themselves in order to avert what happened in Lebanon from happening here. And, if you think it can't happen, read Gabriel's book and you will change your mind.
Americans will be shocked at the lies being spread throughout the Muslim world about Jews and Americans. They will be horrified at the brutality that Islamic radicals inflict on their enemies, and their enemies are anyone who does not believe the same as they believe. They will be sobered by the determination of the Islamic world to inflict their religion on the rest of the world, and their willingness to use deception, terrorism, and any means necessary to accomplish this goal.
The author is extremely critical of Americans who are actively fighting against our efforts to wage the war on terror. She warns that if we do not wake up to the threat before us and unite in this effort to protect our country, we will live to regret it. She claims that political correctness will insure our destruction, and we must realize that we are fighting a war for the survival of our culture and our freedom. She warns of the inroads that Saudi money has made in determining the content of university curriculum in America, and how they are influencing America's young minds and turning them against their own country. She tells of the need for security when she goes to speak on college campuses as the radical Muslim groups protest and try to prevent her from speaking.
Brigitte Gabriel has shown great courage in writing this book and is to be commended for telling her story. Her perspective is one that comes from personal experience and an alert and questioning mind. Every American who cares about our country should read this book, and it should be required reading for every high school and college student in America.

Based on data from a study of non-incarcerated child sex offenders, Gene G. Abel, M.D., has found that homosexuals "sexually molest young boys with an incidence that is occurring five times greater than the molestation of girls."
A professor of psychiatry who has taught at several medical schools, including Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Abel is currently affiliated with Emory University School of Medicine and Morehouse School of Medicine. He has been a research scientist in the field of sexual violence for 25 years, and the National Institute of Mental Health has awarded him funding for six long-term studies to investigate sexual violence and to design new ways to stop it.
Specifically, Abel's report provides data to show that, on average, 150.2 boys are molested per homosexual pedophile offender, whereas only 19.8 girls are molested per heterosexual pedophile offender. Incredibly, homosexual offenders admitted between 23.4 and 281.7 acts of molesting boys.
• In America, HHV-8 is a disease found exclusively among male homosexual practitioners. Researchers have long noted that men who contracted AIDS through homosexual behavior often develop a previously rare form of cancer called Kaposi’s sarcoma. The New England Journal of Medicine described one cohort in San Francisco where 38 % of the men who admitted any homosexual contact within the previous five years tested positive for this virus while none of the exclusively heterosexual men did.

The range was 522-989 cases of new HIV diagnoses per 100,000 MSM vs. 12 per 100,000other men and 13 per 100,000 women. The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women, the analysis says.
• Men who have sex with men account for the lion’s share of the increasing number of cases in America of sexually transmitted infections that are not generally spread through sexual contact. These diseases, with consequences that range from severe and even life-threatening to mere annoyances, include Hepatitis A, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, Epstein-Barr virus, Neisseria meningitides, Shigellosis, Salmonellosis, Pediculosis, scabies and Campylobacter.
• The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) identified a 1991 outbreak of Hepatitis A in New York City in which 78 percent of male respondents identified themselves as homosexual or bisexual. While Hepatitis A can be transmitted by routes other than sexual, a preponderance of Hepatitis A is found in gay men in multiple states.
• “Sexual Practices, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and the Incidence of Anal Cancer” in the New England Journal of Medicine concluded that “homosexual behavior in men increases the risk of anal cancer: 21 of the 57 men with anal cancer(37%) reported that they were homosexual or bisexual, in contrast to only 1 in 64 controls.
• One of the largest surveys ever conducted of homosexual sex practices was published by two homosexual researchers in 1979. The Gay Report by Jay and Young: 99% engaged in oral sex; 91% had anal intercourse; 83% engaged in rimming; 22% had done fisting; 23% admitted to participating in golden showers; 76% admitted to public or group sex; 73% admitted having sex with boys; and 4% admitted to eating feces.
• DR. J Gordon Muir published an in-depth look at the “Gay” lifestyle and the diseases associated with in The American Spectator. Writing in “Gay Times and Gay Diseases,” the author describes a series of serious diseases comprising the “Gay Bowel Syndrome.”
Those viruses, parasites and bacteria resulting from homosexual sexual practices include: AMEBIASIS, GIARDIASIS, SHIGELLOSIS, and HEPATITIS A.
There are many more diseases and ailments that occur far more often in the “gay’ community.
• Dr. Gisela L.P. Macphail, a physician at University of Calgary in Canada, described the serious health risks of homosexual behavior in a letter to the Calgary Board of Education in September, 1996. She is an epidemiologist and regularly treats AIDS patients. "Any practice which facilitates direct or indirect oral-rectal contact will enable the spread of fecal and rectal microorganisms to the sexual partner. Thus anilingus(rimming), a common practice among homosexual men, allows direct spread of pathogens such as Giardia, Entamoeba histolytica, and Hepatitis A and of the typical STD organism such as herpes simplex and gonorrhea." She warned the Calgary school district against promoting homosexual behavior among school children because of the serious health risks.
• “While the heavy toll of HIV and syphilis among gay and bisexual men has been long recognized, this analysis shows just how stark the health disparities are between this and other populations,” said Kevin Fenton, M.D., director of CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention. “It is clear that we will not be able to stop the U.S. HIV epidemic until every affected community, along with health officials nationwide, prioritize the needs of gay and bisexual men.”
The impact of the health consequences of “gay” sex is not confined to homosexual practitioners. Even though nearly 11 million people in America are directly affected by cancer, compared to slightly more than three-quarters of a million with AIDS, AIDS spending per patient is more than seven times that for cancer. The inequity for diabetes and heart disease is even more striking. Consequently, the disproportionate amount of money spent on AIDS detracts from research into cures for diseases that affect more people.
In America, HHV-8 is a disease found exclusively among male homosexual practitioners. Researchers have long noted that men who contracted AIDS through homosexual behavior often develop a previously rare form of cancer called Kaposi’s sarcoma. The New England Journal of Medicine described one cohort in San Francisco where 38 % of the men who admitted any homosexual contact within the previous five years tested positive for this virus while none of the exclusively heterosexual men did. The study predicted that half of the men with both HIV and HHV-8 would develop the cancer in 10 years.
ANAL CANCER--- Dr. Stephen E. Goldstone, the medical director of GAYHEALTH.COM found that 68% of HIV-positive and 45% of HIV-negative homosexual males have abnormal or pre-cancerous anal cells. “Sexual Practices, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and the Incidence of Anal Cancer” in the New England Journal of Medicine concluded that “homosexual behavior in men increases the risk of anal cancer: 21 of the 57 men with anal cancer(37%) reported that they were homosexual or bisexual, in contrast to only 1 in 64 controls.
DR. J Gordon Muir published an in-depth look at the "Gay" lifestyle and the diseases associated with in The American Spectator. Writing in "Gay Times and Gay Diseases," he describes a series of serious diseases comprising the "Gay Bowel Syndrome."
Those viruses, parasites and bacteria resulting from homosexual sexual practices include: AMEBIASIS, a parasitic colon disease which causes dysentery and liver abscesses; GIARDIASIS, a parasite that causes diarrhea; SHIGELLOSIS, another bowel disease causing dysentery. HEPATITIS A, a viral liver disease spread by fecal contamination.
Dr. Diggs notes that homosexual sodomy is an effective transmitter of a whole range of STDs including AIDS. He also points out that human physiology makes it clear that anal intercourse is an un-healthy practice that damages the body and can lead to serious health consequences-including anal cancer. "Unhealthy sexual behaviors occur among both heterosexuals and homosexuals. Yet the medical and social evidence indicate that homosexual behavior is uniformly unhealthy." observes Diggs.
Look up Kirk and Madsen, After the Ball, wherein they describe in great detail the normalization of homosexuality EXPRESSLY through the indoctrination and grooming of children in America's schools (GLSEN, GSA, PFLAG, et al).
Their sick and unfair plans have been implemented-in the name of "Tolerance" and "Safety"-in schools throughout the country.
And their plans are working.
If birth control were as effective at controlling this biological and natural function of coitus, then why are we still heatedly arguing over abortion? How many of us have friends (or ourselves) with an “oops” child? Birth control is a wonderful thing, but it is not infallible.
Likewise, IVF and other ART (Assistive Reproductive Technologies) are wonderful, but we don’t live in that Brave New World, yet. In 2009 the CDC reported 4,131,019 live births, including 45,870 successful ART uses. In my cursory investigation I couldn’t find any numbers on who the recipients of the ART were, but I would wager a pay check the majority were traditionally married couples experiencing fertility problems.
In any event, at least 99% of children result from a heterosexual coupling. While I certainly don’t discount that small minority of children brought into same-sex households, logic seems to indicate that it is in the greater interest of society to strengthen the institution that can support the 99% rather than to continue to discount the role of heterosexual sex in procreation, such as many legal and societal changes in marriage have already done.
NAMBLA and GLSEN have ties through prominent individuals such as Harry Hay (deceased), and Kevin Jennings, the so-called "safe school" czar. The APA is laying the ground work for the normalization of pedophilia through its publication of studies "showing" that “pedophilia is not necessarily so bad":
The APA has prominent Doctors like Theo Sandfort of Columbia University who publishes books and articles extolling the virtues and joys of sex with little boys and teenagers. Look up his work. Gay "marriage" is the 1st step.
Marriage is an institution which the state has an interest in promoting, so it does.
The state has no interest whatsoever in promoting the extremely dangerous and pathology-fraught phenomenon of homosexuality, which same sex "marriage" would do.
That some heterosexual unions may be sterile does not change the fact that they are the ONLY union which can produce citizens. Homosexual unions are ALWAYS sterile.
There is no sound legal basis upon which to confer upon homosexual relationships the rights and privileges of marriage.
As citizens, homosexuals already enjoy each and every right that others do: that they may choose not to avail themselves of those same, equal, rights that exist for everyone else is their decision.
The state confers privileges on relationships for certain reasons, none of which exist in homosexual relationships.
Pedophilia, after homosexuality, will indeed be normalized-or at least every attempt to make it happen will be made.
The ACLU, PFLAG, GLSEN, GSA, et al are ALREADY indoctrinating children in schools throughout the land-starting as young as 5 and 6 years old. "Heather Has Two Mommies", "Daddy's Roommate", and “The Two Kings": who are these books for? Innocent little children.
Children are being indoctrinated and groomed all across the country in the name of "Tolerance" and "Safety".
Given the well-documented catastrophic health risks associated with homosexual sexual behavior and sexual activities, what they are now doing to children in our schools is unfair and unforgivable.
